Logan was incredibly polite and professional, and just downright pleasant. Our rug was inherited, so it is quite old and has some damage - he did the best he could and (most importantly to me) sanitized/cleaned it well so we can feel confident having it rolled out in our home now!

Logan came out and cleaned the carpet in the master. It came out looking brand new. No complaints. He was on time and super pleasant. Would definitely use safe-dry again!
